The Continuum of Nature

I want to awake and arise at every dawn

I long to warm my hands;

Even though the cold creeps in

My heart changes in uncertainty

I intend to rise, unaided, unfettered

I seek ecobalance to continue,

Trees are felled by fell hand

Concrete mars the emotion,

The shelter of the weak;

The predator of mankind

The smog, the dawn, furls alone,

The place secluded, silent and surreal!

Makes the voices cacophonous,

This is a continuum of nature
